Actor Naveen Polishetty said that Sankranti films are all about entertainment and that is why their film Anaganaga Oka Raju is releasing during the festival season. He expressed hope that audiences would enjoy the movie with their families. The film stars Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary in lead roles and is directed by Maari. It is produced by Suryadevara Nagavamsi and Sai Soujanya and is scheduled for release on the 14th of this month. Ahead of the release, a special event titled ‘Raju Gari Pelli Reception’ was held in Hyderabad.

Speaking at the event, Naveen shared that after three back-to-back successes, he wanted to bring another exciting film to the audience. However, due to an accident, he had to stay away from shooting for a few months. During his recovery period, he worked closely with the team to develop the story of Anaganaga Oka Raju. The shoot began last February and was completed in six months in a fun and relaxed manner. He said the film has turned out very well and felt that releasing such a complete entertainer during Sankranti was the right decision.

Actress Meenakshi Chaudhary described the film as a warm family entertainer and requested audiences to support it. Naveen also wished success to all the films releasing this Sankranti, adding that this festive season has truly become a celebration for Telugu movie lovers.
