Nandamuri Balakrishna suffered a minor injury while filming an action sequence for NBK 111 at Kakinada Port. The actor reportedly slipped during the shoot and sustained a minor knee injury. The film crew immediately halted the shoot and shifted him to a nearby hospital, where doctors confirmed that the injury was minor and that there was no cause for concern.

Following the incident, Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram expressed their concern through social media. Jr NTR wished Balakrishna a speedy recovery and hoped to see him back in action soon, while Kalyan Ram said he was confident Balakrishna would return to doing what he loves after a short recovery. The film team stated that Balakrishna’s health is stable and that he will resume shooting after taking adequate rest.
