Nithiin’s Alias Rukmini Unveils First Look...Release Date

After a challenging run at the box office, Nithiin is hoping to make a strong comeback with Alias Rukmini. The film has generated interest since its announcement, particularly with Natural Star Nani coming on board as producer. The makers have now officially confirmed the film’s release date, announcing that it will hit theatres on December 4, 2026. The latest poster features Nithiin in a simple, middle-class look, presenting him in a grounded and relatable avatar rather than a flashy one.

Written and directed by Muralikanth, the film is being produced by Nani along with Deepthi Ganta. Vijai Bulganin is composing the music, and the songs are expected to play an important role in the film’s promotions. Although the release date has been announced, the makers are yet to reveal the actress playing the character of Rukmini. With filming progressing smoothly, the team is expected to roll out more promotional updates in the coming weeks.
