Nidhhi Agerwal, one of the noted heroines in Telugu cinema, pinned high hopes on The Raja Saab to revive her career. After the disappointing outcome of Hari Hara Veera Mallu, the actress believed that her role alongside Prabhas would bring her back into the spotlight. However, after nearly four years of waiting and dedicating bulk dates to the project, the result failed to meet expectations, leaving her comeback hopes unfulfilled.
Nidhhi made her debut in the Akkineni camp with films like Savyasachi and Mr Majnu, and she rose to prominence with the blockbuster iSmart Shankar, which positioned her as a potential star heroine. Despite gaining recognition with Hero, she did not receive the kind of strong offers expected. Banking heavily on Hari Hara Veera Mallu and later The Raja Saab, Nidhhi avoided signing new projects, but the outcome has once again left her at a crossroads in her career.
