Nayanthara Makes Interesting Comments About ‘Hi’!

Lady Superstar Nayanthara and young actor Kavin are set to headline the romantic comedy ‘Hi’, which is scheduled to release worldwide on August 28. Directed by Vishnu Edavan, the film has completed its shoot. During the promotions, Nayanthara described ‘Hi’ as a cute and sweet love story. She said it had been a long time since audiences saw a good family-oriented romantic entertainer like her successful film ‘Yaaradi Nee Mohini’. According to her, ‘Hi’ offers a similar experience but with a more modern approach suited to today’s times.

Nayanthara revealed that while ‘Yaaradi Nee Mohini’ featured a large joint family, ‘Hi’ revolves around a simple, cute and budget-friendly small family. She described the film as a blend of family relationships, love and entertainment. The story follows an ordinary young man who repeatedly faces rejection in matters of love and arranged marriage, and an independent-minded young woman who does not conform to outdated social thinking. Their unexpected marriage sets the stage for a one-sided love to gradually transform into a genuine relationship, which Nayanthara praised as one of the film’s interesting aspects.
