Young actor Virat Karna’s upcoming pan-India film Nagabandham is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 3. According to industry reports, the makers are considering conducting paid premieres either before or on the day of release. In recent months, paid premieres have become a popular strategy to generate early audience response and build momentum ahead of a film’s release.
Trade analysts believe that a positive response from paid premieres could significantly boost the film’s opening-day collections. However, negative word-of-mouth may also impact its box office performance. The film stars Nabha Natesh and Aishwarya Menon as the female leads, while Jagapathi Babu, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Anasuya Bharadwaj play key roles. Nagabandham is directed by Abhishek Nama and produced by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishita Nagireddy.
