After the success of "Thandel", Naga Chaitanya is reportedly being more careful with his script selections and is currently busy with his upcoming film "Vrushakarma". While the shooting of the film is nearing completion, the actor has already started focusing on his next projects and is said to be listening to several scripts. Reports suggest that Chaitanya is in discussions with director Saikiran, who impressed audiences with "Masooda", for a new project.
According to industry sources, Saikiran has prepared a horror thriller story with strong suspense elements and has been working on the script for the past two years. Producer Asian Sunil is expected to back the project, and reports indicate that Naga Chaitanya has listened to the story. Meanwhile, Chaitanya has also reportedly given his approval for a film with "Bedurulanka 2012" director Clax. If he agrees to Saikiran’s project as well, the horror film may go on floors next year after completing "Vrushakarma".
