Mythri Ravi Opens Up on Missed Collaborations

Mythri Movie Makers producer Ravi revealed that the production house has faced several instances of bad luck while collaborating with various filmmakers and actors. Speaking at the Sardar 2 pre-release event, he said director Siva had narrated a story to Karthi for Irumbu Thirai, but the project did not materialise. He also revealed that they wanted SJ Suryah to be part of Good Bad Ugly, but that collaboration did not happen.

Ravi further said Malavika Mohanan had previously worked with them alongside Vijay Deverakonda in the racing-themed film, but the project was eventually shelved. He added that Mythri Movie Makers had also given an advance to director Boyapati Sreenu after the production house entered the industry. Reflecting on these experiences, Ravi said, “We have had bad luck with everyone here”.
