My own people betrayed me – Hero Arjun

Senior actor Arjun made emotional remarks while recalling the experiences he faced during the early stages of his career. In an interview given before the release of 'Seetha Payanam', the film in which his daughter Aishwarya starred as the heroine, he revealed that he received a remuneration of Rs. 25,000 for his first Telugu film. He said that receiving so much money at a young age led to some financial mistakes because he didn't know how to invest it properly.

Furthermore, Arjun revealed that he suffered huge losses due to betrayal by some people around him. He stated that if those assets were still with him, he would be at a different level today. He also mentioned that although senior actor Sobhan Babu was very close to him and gave him a lot of advice, he didn't heed it at the time, but now he understands its value.
