Mass Ka Das Turns Bold with #CULT

Mass Ka Das Vishwaksen is set to push creative boundaries once again with his ambitious new project #CULT. Produced by Sandeep Kakarala under the Tarak Cinemas banner, the film is completely helmed by Vishwaksen, who has taken charge of the story, screenplay, direction, and production. Billed as India’s first slasher film, #CULT promises a bold and unconventional cinematic experience. The makers unveiled the striking first-look poster, where Vishwaksen appears in a sharp suit, walking menacingly with a cigarette in his mouth and a blood-stained axe in hand. The teaser of the film is scheduled to be released on February 21.

The film features a strong ensemble cast including Gayatri Bharadwaj, Tarak Ponnapa, Murali Sharma, Srikanth Iyenger, Karthikeya, Anirudh Bhaskar, EZY, Yagnya Turlapati, Kabeer Bhartiya, Vishak Nair, and Chepuri Vivek, along with 40 fresh faces making their debut. The project is backed by a powerful technical team with dialogues by Tharun Bhascker and music composed by Ravi Basrur. With cinematography by Arvind Vishwanathan and editing by Ravi Teja Girijala, #CULT is gearing up for a grand multilingual release in Telugu, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish, and English, targeting global audiences.
