Mass Jathara hits screens — will Sreeleela’s luck change?

With Ravi Teja in the lead role, Sreeleela, the young and talented actress, has arrived in theatres today with her much-awaited film Mass Jathara. The commercial action entertainer released worldwide today, October 31st, marking a crucial moment in Sreeleela’s career, which has been going through a rough phase due to a series of back-to-back flops.

Sreeleela shot to fame with the 2022 blockbuster Dhamaka, also starring Ravi Teja, which established her as one of Tollywood’s most promising talents. However, most of her later films Skanda, Aadikeshava, Extra Ordinary Man, Guntur Kaaram, Robinhood, and Junior failed to leave a mark at the box office, with only Bhagavanth Kesari managing a decent run.

After multiple setbacks, Sreeleela is now banking heavily on Mass Jathara to bring her back into the success zone. Fans are hopeful that Ravi Teja, who once gave her a career-defining hit with Dhamaka, will recreate that same magic once again. Currently, her only confirmed Telugu project is Ustaad Bhagat Singh, but if Mass Jathara clicks with audiences, Sreeleela is expected to be flooded with new offers. Directed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu and featuring music by Bheems Ceciroleo, the film is now playing in theatres worldwide.
