Mandadi, produced by RS Infotainment and led by Elred Kumar, has officially completed its shooting. The film was made over a long and challenging schedule, with most scenes shot in the coastal areas of Ramanathapuram. The team worked in tough conditions to bring a realistic and powerful feel to the story, featuring intense action, emotional moments and visually rich sailboat race sequences.
Directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, the film is set in a unique sports backdrop connected to coastal life. With shooting now complete, the movie has entered post-production and work is progressing quickly. Soori plays the lead role and has put in significant effort, especially in preparing physically for his character. His performance is expected to be one of the highlights.
The film also marks the Tamil debut of Suhas, who appears in a different, negative-shaded role after a complete makeover. He dedicated nearly 100 days to the project, showing strong commitment. Mahima Nambiar plays the female lead, while Sathyaraj, Ravindra Vijay, Mithun and Bala Saravanan appear in key roles. Music is composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar and cinematography is handled by S. R. Kathir. The team is currently working on editing, sound, visual effects and music to ensure high quality.
