This year, on the 84th birth anniversary of his father, veteran actor Ghattamaneni Krishna, the family is introducing Jayakrishna Ghattamaneni as a new hero to Telugu cinema.

Mahesh Babu noted that Vyjayanthi Movies, led by Ashwini Dutt, which introduced him as a hero through the prestigious film Agni Parvatham, is now launching Jayakrishna through the film Srinivasa Mangapuram, directed by Ajay Bhupathi. The film is scheduled for release on July 9, and Mahesh Babu extended his best wishes, seeking audience support and blessings for Jayakrishna.
