Low Collections for Dhurandhar 2 in Telugu

Despite achieving a massive ₹1300 crore gross worldwide, Dhurandhar 2 has recorded underwhelming collections in its Telugu dubbed version, managing only around ₹25 crore. In contrast, Kantara 2 has crossed ₹100 crore in the Telugu market, showcasing a significant difference in audience reception.

Several factors contributed to this gap, including limited screen count for the Telugu version, minimal promotional efforts, and the dominance of the Hindi version in theatres. Additionally, the film’s lengthy runtime of nearly four hours discouraged family audiences. While the content received positive reviews, the absence of a strong universal emotional connect, unlike Kantara, impacted its performance in Telugu regions.
