Korean Thriller ‘HOPE’ Arrives in India

Acclaimed Korean filmmaker Na Hong-jin, known for films such as The Chaser and The Wailing, is set to bring his highly anticipated science-fiction action thriller ‘HOPE’ to Indian theatres. The film will have a nationwide release on September 25 in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Korean. The star-studded cast includes Hwang Jung-min, Zo In-sung and Hoyeon, along with Hollywood actors Taylor Russell, Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander in key roles.

The story unfolds after reports emerge of a mysterious creature appearing in a remote village near the border, setting off a tense narrative centred on fear, survival and human nature. With its international cast and ambitious visual scale, ‘HOPE’ has generated strong interest among cinema audiences. Star Entertainment will release the film in India, giving Indian viewers an opportunity to experience the Korean science-fiction thriller on the big screen.
