

The team of “King Buddha,” a film centered on the message of world peace, participated in a 400-km peace march led by 60 Buddhist monks from Thailand, walking from Swarnabhoomi in Karnataka to Buddhavanam in Nagarjuna Sagar, Telangana. Director Satya Reddy and his team joined the 17-km stretch from Hyderabad to Turkayamjal. Senior monks blessed him by placing a Gautama Buddha locket around his neck.
Satya Reddy stated that shooting has been completed in 10 countries, with plans to film in 15 more Buddhist nations. The film features actors from Hollywood, Bollywood, and South India and aims for release in over 100 languages worldwide. Focused on the life of Gautama Buddha and the Panchasheela principles, the film is envisioned as a global project promoting world peace.
