

Actress Keerthy Suresh has finally clarified the speculation surrounding her weight loss and physical transformation. She revealed that after Mahanati, she focused on fitness and lost around 10 kg in nine months through gym workouts, HIIT, cardio, and a strict diet.
She also said that criticism and rumours about surgeries had affected her emotionally. After starting yoga in 2020, she experienced mental peace and increased confidence. She added that she now follows a balanced fitness routine including strength training, yoga, cardio, and calisthenics.
Keerthy further mentioned that she had to take a break due to personal reasons but made it clear that she will never give up on fitness. She is currently working on Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film Rowdy Janardhan.
