Vyjayanthi Movies has praised veteran actor Kamal Haasan for choosing economy flights over private charter travel while attending the shoot of Kalki 2898 AD Part 2. The production house stated that at a time when film budgets are increasingly spent on luxury facilities and actor remunerations, Kamal Haasan’s simple and practical approach reflects his greatness and professionalism.

The makers revealed that Kamal Haasan has been travelling directly to shooting locations through regular economy flights instead of opting for lavish arrangements. The actor will reprise his role as Supreme Yaskin in the sequel directed by Nag Ashwin. The character is expected to have a more powerful and extended presence in the second part. Meanwhile, Prabhas is expected to join the shoot soon after completing his ongoing projects ‘Spirit’ and ‘Fauji’.
