Jailer 2 Ticket Price Hike Approved in Andhra Pradesh, Five Shows Permitted

Superstar Rajinikanth’s much-anticipated sequel Jailer 2 is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 15. Under the reported approval, single-screen theatres can charge up to ₹50 extra per ticket, including GST, over the regular price, while multiplexes can charge an additional ₹75, including GST. The government has also reportedly permitted five shows per day during the first seven days. The first Jailer film received a strong response in the Telugu market, raising expectations for the sequel.
