Veteran actor Jagapathi Babu opened up about his struggles, failures, and transformation in the film industry during a recent interview. Once known as a family hero, he reinvented himself as a successful villain and character artist after the blockbuster success of ‘Legend’. He revealed that financial troubles and career setbacks pushed him into a difficult phase in life.

Jagapathi Babu also spoke about his alcohol addiction and said he eventually realized the importance of health and self-control. He stated that money is important in life but should not become life itself. The actor added that he never believed in hero or villain tags and only wanted to be remembered as a good actor.
