‘Irumudi’ Shows No Signs of Slowing Down!

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s ‘Irumudi’ continues its strong run at the box office. Released on August 21, the film has maintained its momentum into the second week and is reportedly nearing the ₹200 crore worldwide gross mark. The makers have also claimed that the film recorded the highest-ever ticket sales for an Indian movie in its first 24 hours. Its performance in the Nizam region has particularly impressed trade circles.

Trade reports suggest that ‘Irumudi’ has earned around ₹36 crore share in Nizam. The film has reportedly returned to several theatres that were earlier allotted to ‘Toxic’, highlighting its strong demand. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the family drama stars Priya Bhavani Shankar in a key role, with music by G.V. Prakash Kumar. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is emerging as another significant box-office success in Ravi Teja’s career.
