Actress Sai Pallavi has clarified that she never disrespected any language amid recent controversies. The actress, who is currently busy with the film ‘Ramayana’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor, reacted to misinterpretations of her past comments. She stated that a statement she made years ago was twisted to create a false narrative.

Sai Pallavi explained that during an old press meet, she had only said that she is a Tamil girl and not Malayali when asked about her fluency in Tamil. However, some reports later portrayed it as if she was angry about being called Malayali. She expressed disappointment over such misrepresentation and clarified that she has no intention of disrespecting any language or community.
