Despite discussions about declining audience numbers in Hyderabad's theaters, new multiplexes are rapidly emerging. Hyderabad is among the top cities in India with a large number of film enthusiasts, and new screens are becoming available in various parts of the city. Last year, the ART multiplex, a collaboration between Asian Movies and Ravi Teja, opened in Vanasthalipuram and received a great response. Now, another prestigious multiplex, 'Allu Cinemas,' has opened in Kokapet. It will be available to the public from Sankranthi onwards.
The special feature of this multiplex is that it houses Hyderabad's first Dolby screen. Moreover, it is reportedly set to be recognized as the largest Dolby screen in India. While the Epic screen at ART in Vanasthalipuram is already receiving immense popularity, this Dolby screen at Allu Cinemas will offer movie lovers an even grander theatrical experience. In terms of technology, sound, and visuals, it is poised to become a new chapter for Hyderabad's cinema audiences.
