He Proposed for Years... Anjali Reveals a Funny School-Time Memory

Actress Anjali, who continues to impress audiences with her performances in Telugu and Tamil films, is currently playing a key role alongside Vishal in the upcoming film Makutam, directed by Vishal himself. The film, produced by Super Good Films with music composed by GV Prakash Kumar, is progressing at a brisk pace and is expected to hit theatres later this month. Ahead of the release, Anjali shared an amusing incident from her school days during a recent interview.

Anjali revealed that a classmate had been proposing to her continuously from seventh grade until tenth grade. Initially, she ignored his proposals, but later decided to put an end to it by tying a Rakhi to him. However, the boy surprised her by removing the Rakhi and jokingly saying that tying it would not make him her brother. Recalling the incident with a smile, Anjali said she never met him again after that. When asked whether anyone from the film industry had proposed to her, she cleverly avoided revealing any names and clarified that she is currently single.
