'Garividi Lakshmi' Will Deliver Good Results - Producer TG Vishwa Prasad

Garividi Lakshmi is a biographical drama based on the life of Uttarandhra folk singer Garividi Lakshmi. Anandhi plays the titular role, while Gowri Naidu Jammu has directed the film. The theatrical trailer received a positive response from audiences. During the pre-release press meet, producer TG Vishwa Prasad was asked whether the team was satisfied with the theatre allocation amid competition from other releases.

Responding to the question, Vishwa Prasad said theatre allocation was largely driven by commercial considerations, with bigger films naturally receiving wider openings. He clarified that Garividi Lakshmi should not be considered a small film and described it as a good movie. Scheduled for a theatrical release on October 17, the film is expected to build momentum gradually and enjoy a long run. The producer also expressed confidence that all three competing films would perform well. The movie explores Garividi Lakshmi’s remarkable life journey, including the highs and lows she experienced.
