The feel-good love entertainer “Doordarshani”, starring Suvikshith and Geethika Ratan and based on a real-life incident, is set for release on May 15. The film, directed by Karthikeya Kommi under the Varahi Movie Makers banner and produced by Jaya Shankar Reddy M and Patimidi Santosh, held its pre-release event in Hyderabad.

Speaking at the event, actor Priyadarshi said the film strongly connects with childhood memories of the Doordarshan era and inspired him to become an actor. He expressed hope that “Doordarshani” will emotionally connect with audiences and succeed at the box office. The director and cast also highlighted the film’s realistic storytelling and emotional depth.
