Astrologer Venu Swamy has reacted to certain scenes in Nani and Srikanth Odela’s ‘The Paradise’, particularly the film’s depiction of spiritual symbols and Goddess Dhumavati. He said the portrayal of the deity, the crow symbolism and the use of intense mantras in key action sequences caught his attention. Venu Swamy opined that such powerful spiritual elements should be handled with greater care and respect for their traditional significance.

Venu Swamy also stressed that filmmakers should be mindful while depicting deities and religious practices on screen. He said that even when such elements are used for entertainment, their traditional and spiritual background should be respected.
