

Following the massive success of the KGF franchise, star actor Yash is all set to return with his much-awaited pan-India film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown Ups. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19. Ahead of its release, leading producer Dil Raju announced on Friday that he has acquired the Telugu theatrical rights for a whopping ₹120 crore. Expressing his excitement, Dil Raju said Yash’s market has expanded significantly after KGF, and audiences have been eagerly waiting for Toxic, his first release in four years.

Toxic is described as a high-scale period action drama and is being simultaneously shot in Kannada and English. Currently in the final stages of production, the film is being dubbed into Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam for a pan-India release. The project boasts a strong technical team, with Ravi Basrur composing the music and Rajeev Ravi handling cinematography. Dil Raju stated that releasing such a prestigious film through his SVC banner across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is a matter of pride.
