

Starring Ranveer Singh as the lead, ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ continues its massive momentum at the box office. Trade circles estimate that the film has raked in over ₹330 crore within just its opening weekend. Currently, the movie is on the verge of surpassing the opening records set by ‘Pushpa 2’. With the film garnering "superhit" status among audiences, theaters are packed to capacity.
With the film also being released in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam, its box office collections are expected to rise even further. Notably, while over 14,000 shows are being screened nationwide, the film has recorded an impressive occupancy rate of over 74 percent. Film industry insiders observe that such a level of excitement and buzz at the box office has not been witnessed in quite some time.
Renowned director Rajamouli heaped praise on the film. He commended director Aditya Dhar for his boldness, noting that crafting a film with a runtime of four hours is a remarkable feat. Similarly, star heroes such as Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu, Vijay Deverakonda, and Ravi Teja also lauded the movie. Ram Gopal Varma went so far as to describe the film as a new benchmark for Indian cinema.
