Deepika Padukone’s Reaction to Spirit Exit Claims Goes Viral

Prabhas’ upcoming action thriller Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has once again become a talking point following fresh comments about Deepika Padukone’s exit from the project. Sandeep’s brother Pranay Vanga reportedly spoke about the reasons behind the actress leaving the film.

According to Pranay, discussions around Deepika’s dates, remuneration and an alleged demand for a 10 percent share in the film’s profits were among the issues. The comments triggered widespread discussion on social media.

Deepika has now seemingly responded indirectly by liking an Instagram post that defended a woman’s right to make professional demands and described the controversy as an example of male ego. Her reaction has since gone viral.

Deepika was initially announced as part of Spirit, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga had reportedly worked with her for around a year and a half. She was later replaced by Triptii Dimri. At the time, allegations that Deepika had leaked details about the film’s story also surfaced, though the controversy remained a subject of discussion.
