Dancers Association Announces By-Elections

Telugu Film and TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association President Sumalatha has officially announced the commencement of the executive committee by-election process. She stated that the decision was taken in accordance with the association's constitution, rules, and applicable laws. As per the schedule, nominations will be filed and scrutinized on July 20, withdrawals will be allowed on July 22, and polling along with the declaration of results will be held on July 26.

However, several members who resigned from the association have opposed the move. They demanded that the entire executive committee be dissolved and fresh elections be conducted instead of by-elections. The members also alleged that the decision was taken without consulting them, despite suggestions from the Federation and TFDC Chairman Dil Raju to involve the resigned members in the process.
