Expectations for Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi are increasing day by day, especially after reports about its intense wrestling sequences. Cinematographer Rathnavelu revealed that the film’s major action episodes were shot naturally without depending heavily on visual effects. At a time when many films rely on computer generated action, the makers of Peddi are focusing on realistic stunt sequences.

Ram Charan’s physical transformation for the wrestler role has become a major talking point in the industry. According to the film team, he followed a strict diet and underwent intense training to achieve the required physique. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the movie is said to be an emotional sports drama packed with action and powerful moments. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead, while AR Rahman is composing the music. The film is scheduled for release on June 4.
