

A bomb threat once again created panic in Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu. Police were alerted after an email was sent by unidentified individuals targeting the residence of popular actress Trisha Krishnan. Acting on the information that a bomb had been planted at her home in the Teynampet area of Chennai, police immediately rushed to the spot. The area was fully sealed and security measures were tightened.
A bomb disposal squad conducted extensive checks in and around the residence.
After thoroughly inspecting the premises, officials confirmed that no explosives were found. Authorities stated that the threat was a hoax. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident. The cybercrime wing has also begun efforts to trace the sender of the email. Officials warned that such fake threats not only create panic among the public but also place unnecessary pressure on the security system. Security has now been further strengthened at the residences of prominent personalities.
