The Dhurandhar franchise has created history at the Indian box office by crossing the massive ₹3000 crore mark worldwide. Starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the two-part saga has emerged as a game-changer in Indian cinema. Notably, Dhurandhar 2 alone has contributed over ₹1700 crore to the total and continues its strong run in theatres.
Trade analysts believe the film is now competing closely with some of the biggest Indian blockbusters and has already surpassed them in certain regions. With its ongoing momentum, there is a strong possibility of it overtaking Baahubali 2 in the coming days. This success marks a significant shift in the Hindi film industry, proving its ability to deliver massive pan-India hits despite challenges like limited international markets and tough competition.
