BMC Issues Notice to Ajay Devgn Over Construction Work at Juhu Bungalow

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued a notice to Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn over construction work being carried out at his bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu area. According to civic officials, work was reportedly underway to set up a salon and spa at the property without obtaining the required prior permissions. The BMC has directed that the construction activity be stopped immediately.

The civic body said the action followed a complaint from the housing society. Officials stated that no permission had been granted to use the premises for commercial purposes. They added that Devgn was asked to provide an explanation after the complaint was received, but the actor did not respond within the stipulated period, following which the notice was issued.
