Big Relief For Sridevi’s Family?

Sridevi’s family has received major relief from the Madras High Court in the ongoing property dispute case. The court dismissed a claim filed by a few individuals over a 4.7-acre property located on Chennai’s East Coast Road, rejecting their demand against Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Reports stated that the land was legally purchased by Sridevi in 1988.

The High Court observed that the claimants allegedly used fake inheritance certificates to seek rights over the property. Justice T.V. Tamilselvi termed the case an unnecessary and illegal property dispute and dismissed the title suit filed earlier in the Chengalpattu court. The verdict has brought huge relief to Sridevi’s family.
