Bandla Ganesh to Move Supreme Court Over Property Auction Dispute

Producer Bandla Ganesh has announced that he will approach the Supreme Court after the High Court upheld the auction of his property by Union Bank. In a post on X, he alleged that the property was sold through an unfair process at a price significantly lower than its market value. He stated that he had challenged the auction in court in 2022 and had secured a favourable verdict from the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

However, the High Court has now ruled in favour of the bank, declaring the property auction valid. Despite the setback, Bandla Ganesh said he has complete faith in India's judicial system and is confident of obtaining justice by pursuing the matter before the Supreme Court based on legal merits and his rightful claims.
