‘Ba Ba Black Sheep’ First Single ‘Aaja Meri Jaani’ Released by Rockstar DSP

‘Ba Ba Black Sheep’ is a new-age crime comedy built around an unexpected incident that triggers surprising consequences in the lives of several people. Presented by Donepudi Chakrapani and produced by Venu Donepudi under Chitralayam Studios, the film is directed by Guni Manchikanti. The cast includes Tinu Anand, Upendra, George Maryan, Akshay, Karthikeya, Vishnu, Vismaya Sri, Malavi, Kashyap and Raja Ravindra. The film has already generated interest with its teaser, which introduced the characters and hinted at a fast-paced and entertaining narrative.

The makers have announced that the film will have a grand theatrical release on October 9 during the Dussehra season. The first lyrical song, ‘Aaja Meri Jaani’, was launched by Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad. The energetic party track features Ajay Lagusani and Oy Vishnu and has been composed by Electronic Kili and Anand (Arkado), with lyrics by Kittu Vissapragada and vocals by Benny Dayal. Producer Venu Donepudi said the film has completed shooting and post-production is nearing completion. He also revealed that the movie was shot entirely in Meghalaya, making it the first South Indian film to be completely filmed in the state, including locations such as Cherrapunji.
