The much-awaited film “Annagaru Vostaru”, starring Karthi and Krithi Shetty, is set for a worldwide release on 12th of this month. Produced by K.E. Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green and directed by Nalan Kumaraswamy, the action-comedy revisits the 80s mass-commercial style in a modern, parallel-world superhero setting.
Karthi called the film a risky but exciting challenge, praising Nalan’s creative freedom, the fresh music by Santhosh Narayanan, and the unique hero-centric narrative. He highlighted Krithi Shetty’s strong performance, focusing on acting over glamour.
