Anit Padda on a Roll in Bollywood.. Key Role in ‘Brahmastra 2’?

Anit Padda made her Bollywood debut with ‘Saiyaara’ and delivered a sensational blockbuster in her very first film, quickly becoming one of the industry’s most talked-about young actresses. Following the success, she has been receiving several offers and is currently associated with projects alongside Ahaan Panday and ‘Shakti Shalini’. Now, reports are doing the rounds that Anit may have landed another major opportunity. She is reportedly being considered for an important role in the much-awaited sequel ‘Brahmastra 2’.

The first instalment, directed by Ayan Mukerji and starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, was a box-office success. For the sequel, the makers are reportedly considering Anit Padda for a significant and distinctive role opposite Ranbir Kapoor. After the first film’s climax, there was speculation that Deepika Padukone would play a major role in the sequel, but her team later clarified that she was not part of the project. Against this backdrop, reports suggest that Anit has been approached for a role that would be very different from her previous performances.
