Ananthika Sanilkumar, who won the attention of Telugu audiences with ‘MAD’ and later impressed viewers with ‘8 Vasanthalu’, is now gearing up for the release of ‘Romanchakam’ on September 3. During a recent interview, the actress shared insights into her family background and career journey. She said she has loved the arts from a young age and began performing on stage while studying in Class 6. Despite financial difficulties at home, her parents continued to support her passion and made significant efforts to help her pursue dance and performances.
Ananthika said witnessing her parents’ struggles inspired her to enter the film industry and achieve something for them. She also revealed that she had missed several major projects during her career, including an opportunity in Nani’s ‘The Paradise’, reportedly because she was considered to look too young. However, she said she believes in moving forward instead of dwelling on missed opportunities. Expressing confidence in ‘Romanchakam’, Ananthika said she believes that what is meant for a person will eventually come their way.
