Amitabh Says He Likes His Mother-in-Law More Than His Father-in-Law...

A fun and engaging moment unfolded on Season 18 of the popular reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, hosted by Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Contestant Aheli, who was seated on the hot seat, reminded Amitabh that his wife Jaya Bachchan is from Bengal and jokingly referred to him as the “son-in-law of Bengal” before asking him a few personal questions. When she asked whether he liked his mother-in-law or father-in-law more, Amitabh replied without hesitation that he liked his mother-in-law more.

Aheli then asked Amitabh what he missed the most about his in-laws’ home. Responding in his trademark humorous style, the megastar said that people who come from their in-laws’ home should miss it, questioning why he would miss it himself. His witty response left everyone laughing and added more entertainment to the episode. Jaya Bachchan’s parents were renowned writer and journalist Taroon Kumar Bhaduri and Indira Bhaduri. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan got married in 1973 and have two children, Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda.
