Amitabh Bachchan Injured During KBC Shoot

Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan sustained an injury while shooting for ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. The show is currently in its 18th season. Bachchan revealed that he slipped during the shoot and injured his knee. He usually begins the programme by standing at the centre of the stage and welcoming the contestants, but this time he started the episode while seated. He explained to the audience that the knee injury had made it somewhat difficult for him to stand.

Bachchan also assured fans that there was no need to worry about his injury. He said he could stand near his seat to welcome the contestants, although walking over and standing near them during the opening address was slightly difficult. At 83, the actor continues to remain active with multiple projects. He was recently seen in ‘Section 84’ and is currently working on Nag Ashwin’s ‘Kalki’ sequel.
