Battling age-related issues, serious health problems, and financial difficulties, she is presently taking shelter along with her daughter at the RK Foundation in the Karkhana area of Secunderabad. Upon learning about their critical health condition and their struggle to even afford basic medicines, star actor Allu Arjun promptly stepped forward to extend his support.

Allu Arjun has made permanent arrangements to provide a monthly financial assistance of ₹10,000 towards the daily needs and medical expenses of Pavala Shyamala and her daughter. While several film personalities, including Chiranjeevi, had previously offered financial help, Bunny’s decision to ensure a fixed monthly support has drawn widespread appreciation.
