Akhil Akkineni is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 'Lenin', which is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on July 10. As part of the promotions, the makers organized a grand pre-release event in Tirupati, attended by the film's cast, crew, and producer Nagarjuna Akkineni. During the event, Akhil shared several interesting moments from the film's journey.
Akhil revealed that it had been a long time since his previous release because he wanted to return only with a strong and meaningful film. He said director Murali Kishor Abburu impressed him with the story instantly, and he immediately requested the filmmaker not to offer it to any other actor. Akhil also recalled how Nagarjuna and producer Naga Vamsi decided to jointly produce the project, expressing confidence that 'Lenin' will entertain audiences and meet their expectations.
