Actress Prema Opens Up About Her Plans for a Second Marriage

Actress Prema, who once enjoyed significant popularity across South Indian cinema, is well known to Telugu audiences through films such as Devi and Dharmachakram. She has also acted in several successful Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam films. In recent years, Prema has stayed away from the entertainment industry and has been leading a relatively private life. Her personal life has nevertheless continued to attract attention.

Prema married Jeevan Appachu in 2006 after being in a relationship with him. Although their marriage initially went well, differences reportedly developed between them over time. The couple eventually divorced through the court in 2016. Recently, reports about Prema considering a second marriage have been circulating on social media. Responding to these reports in a recent interview, she said marriage is a personal decision and that finding the right life partner is important. She added that if she meets someone she likes and trusts to be a supportive lifelong companion, she would not rule out getting married again. She also said age should not prevent anyone from seeking companionship, even later in life.
