Comedian Sudarshan said the comedy entertainer Hey Balwant, starring Suhas and Shivani Nagaram, is receiving an overwhelming response from audiences and critics alike. He noted that the character he played has connected strongly with viewers, with many scenes drawing laughter across theatres. According to him, the natural humour, strong characterisations, and the rapport among the cast contributed significantly to the film’s success.

Sudarshan shared that his entry into films was unexpected and that he is currently focused on establishing himself as a comedian rather than taking up lead roles. He said he would consider acting as a hero only after gaining more stability as an actor, preferably in small, concept-driven projects. Despite a busy schedule leading to missed opportunities, he expressed happiness with the recognition he is receiving and confirmed he is working on several upcoming films.
