Brand strategist Kaveri Barua recently went viral on social media after claiming that there were 42 rules to follow before meeting star hero Allu Arjun. Following the controversy, she issued a public apology. She clarified that her comments were not accurate and were taken out of context. She also expressed regret if her statements caused any harm to the actor’s reputation and confirmed that she has withdrawn her remarks through a post on X.
Kaveri explained that during her podcast, she casually mentioned the existence of 42 rules about what to do and what not to do when meeting Allu Arjun. She now admits that making such a statement without any verified document or official confirmation was not appropriate. She clearly stated that there is no official “42 rules” document related to the actor.
In the podcast, she had shared her experience of working with him during an advertisement shoot. She mentioned that meeting South Indian actors often involves certain formalities and that managers can be strict. She spoke about maintaining distance, avoiding handshakes and not using phones on set. However, she has now clarified that these were not official rules and apologised for any misunderstanding caused.
