

To prepare a delicious 2 kg mutton curry, keep 2 kg mutton, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, curd, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and lemon juice ready. For tempering, use oil, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamom. First, marinate the cleaned mutton with curd, turmeric, salt, and ginger-garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large pan and add whole spices for tempering. Fry onions until golden brown, then add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes until they become soft. Add spice powders and mix well before adding the marinated mutton. Cook until the meat becomes tender and the gravy reaches the desired consistency. Garnish with coriander, mint leaves, and lemon juice for a flavorful mutton curry.
