Mega Star Chiranjeevi shook the box office again with his Sankranti release Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu. After a long gap, the film became a blockbuster, sparking discussions across the industry. Reports say Chiranjeevi is thrilled with the success and is now fully focused on his next project. His 158th film is being directed by Bobby and the movie was officially announced with a poster. Regular shooting is set to begin on January 25 with a muhurtham ceremony. Pre-production is complete and the team is busy casting other key roles. The film is produced by KVN Productions under Venkat K. Narayana and Lohit N.K with a huge budget. Following the success of the previous Chiranjeevi-Bobby combination Valtheru Veerayya, makers are confident of presenting Chiranjeevi in a powerful mass avatar with family emotions and full mass entertainment.
A hot rumor is currently viral on social media. The guest role in Anil Ravipudi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu worked extremely well, especially Venkatesh’s special appearance, which added hype. Bobby is reportedly planning a similar formula in his new film with Chiranjeevi. A young hero is expected to play a key role alongside Chiranjeevi for about 20 minutes in the second half, mostly in a flashback sequence, adding a strong emotional impact to the story. Initially, Tamil actor Karthi was considered for this special role, but now a Telugu young hero is preferred. A popular young actor from the industry is likely to get this chance, though official confirmation is still awaited. Fans are highly curious about the actor for this role.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambara is set for a summer release and he has also committed to another project with director Srikanth Odela, likely starting in the second half of this year. Riding on the success of Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Chiranjeevi is back in form and moving forward with multiple exciting projects. If Bobby’s upcoming film combines a mass avatar, family emotions and the young hero’s special role, trade experts say expectations for the film are bound to soar sky-high.
